This smoothie tastes like a decadent milkshake, but makes a great high protein breakfast and will keep you full until lunch!
The coconut milk, almond butter and Greek yogurt adds healthy fat and protein, while the dates add sweetness and fiber. The best part is the chocolate cocoa powder, which is a superfood as it’s very high in antioxidants!
** As a side note, you could use frozen bananas if you want to thicken this smoothie to be more like a milkshake consistency.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond butter
3 dates, pitted
1 tbsp cocoa powder
6 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender until fully blended. Enjoy!
